Purgatory Pie Press is made by Dikko Faust and Esther K Smith.
Faust hand sets wood and metal type and experiments with letterpress as a printmaking medium.
Smith edits and designs and hand sews books.
They collaborate with other artists and writers, making limited editions and artist books.
Also, publish yearly datebooks, and produce a monthly postcard/Instabooks subscription.
Purgatory Pie Press had solo exhibitions at the Met and London’s Victoria & Albert Museum.
Museum collections include MOMA,Brooklyn Museum, the Whitney, the Tate,
National Gallery of Art, Cooper-Hewitt, the Getty, Corcoran, San Francisco MOMA, and the Walker.
The
 How to Make Books
 exhibit began at Cooper Union and traveled to RISD, Pyramid Atlantic,
SVA’s design MFA gallery, Minnesota Center for the Book, Athens Cultural Center, and Pratt Institute.

Masako Tono
from NY, brooklyn

Born in Japan, currently live in New York. 
She has studied in US for four years and earned illustration and print design at University of Central Oklahoma.
To build muted and subdued world she uses watercolor and color pencil.
At the same time, she illustrates just black and white to represent the dark power and gothic mystery. 







Tedd Kim
from New York


 Tedd Kim is a freelance illustrator who lives and works in Queens, New York.
He majored in illustration at Parsons School of Design.
He worked as a graphic designer for fashion and branding companies in past years.
Now he is living the dream that he wanted since he was a kid.
