Masaki Matsushima

He was one of the Hero in fashion field in middle 90' in Japan. If Masaki has been Nirvana ,Comme would have been Guns and Roses.We have never worn Comme because no one listened Guns and Roses at the time, do they? Comme was for the bourgeoisie,old people who could not have changed their fashion from 80' or Commenista.

Time passed, Comme is more popular than ever all over the world , but Masaki is no more.....

In Music field, a finish is not a finish. Music is still going on and touching someone`s heart. Music never dies if it deserves to be

In fashion field, however, a finish is a finish. Even though it deserves to be, we have to wait for many years to be come to the surface from the bottom of the sea.

Even though we have seen Pierre Cardin's logo on countless numbers of place,

sometimes even on toilet slippers,

we can't quite think that Pierre Cardin stands next to GAP, H&M or TOPSHOP.

Yes, he, Cardin always sits one of the front row of fashion theater.

In the 1960s, He was absolutely a superstar,

and most of superstars in any fields in the same era still affect us,

in comparison to the fact each of their works in the 1970s did not deserve to be...

Valentine's Day

What's your plan for up coming Valentine's day?

It is the day many people will propose marriage, ask someone special to go out, or just give a sweet gift with flowers in United States.

In Japan, basically we do same things though, it's the day much more for girls.

Someone says this is the strategic sales plan generated by Japanese chocolate company that "valentine's day is the day for girls who make a declaration of love by giving a chocolate to boys."

Almost all Japanese girls have an experience of making chocolate candy by themselves for valentine's day, also so many stores have tons of different products of chocolate in this season.

In these days, another sales tactics the companies generated is "give chocolate with appreciation to all your friends, family, and co-workers!". This is so smart.

Right now, many chocolate stores are carrying "Chocolate for Friends", "Chocolate for Father", or "Chocolate for Boss".

I feel like it is the day for eating a year's chocolate candies all at once.

Anyway, in both countries, we give/exchange some special gift each other.
