AG Gallery/About Glamour currently holds a large group exhibition which will show perfect artworks for the holiday gifts at affordable price called “Art in Boxes 2011”, this is a second annual event at our space. We curate and exhibit about a hundred of wonderful art pieces by more than 20 artists from all over the world.

We are proudly introducing each three of talented artists from “Art in Boxes 2011” (hopefully) every week.
For this week, Liz Riccardi, Christina Siravo and Koji Honda.







Liz Riccardi
from New York
Through a series of mishaps, she was adopted by Marilla and Matthew Cuthbert at age 12. 
Raised on Prince Edward Island, she excelled in her studies and was awarded the Avery Prize. 
She moved to New York to study illustration and currently lives in Williamsburg with her bosom friends.

Christina Siravo
from Portland
Christina Siravo specializes in works for children's books, gift-ware design, greeting cards and comics. 
She has earned a BFA in Illustration from the Maine College of Art in 2005 and since has provided illustration and design
for Re-ment miniatures, Peppermint Magazine, Threadless.com and many more. 
Her experience with illustration includes over 7 children's books (and counting), 
including her own comic book adaptation of "Little Red Riding Hood". 
Her first publication was in 2006 with Second Star Creations, 
"An Orphan's Promise"- a Christmas Story, and most recently with Legworkteam Publishing, 
for whom she has illustrated several full color children's books in both traditional and digital mediums.

Christina's works cover a wide spectrum of styles including: 
fantasy, whimsical, cute "Kawaii", sc-fi, cartooning, realism, and Vintage inspired illustration. 
She draws inspiration from by-gone eras, dreams, fairy tales, animals, 
vintage children's books, and the realm of her vivid imagination.

Koji Honda
from Japan
Koji Honda was born in Ishikawa, Japan 1962.
He graduated from Kanazawa College of Art majoring in Sculpture.
After he worked at a company of creating public monuments, he decided to study illustration. 
As he mixed his both experience, creating sculpture and illustration, 
he has started to create three dimensional artworks since 1999.
He would like to remind us our artistic expression in childhood, when we had pure passion for creation.
